To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone, we request all our guests to kindly note the following:

• All rooms are on the first and second floors — no lift service available.

• Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

• Eating on the bed is not allowed — stains or damage will incur a cleaning fine.

• Pets are welcome, but not allowed on beds or furniture.

• No dedicated parking — street-side parking only; vehicles are parked at the owner’s responsibility.

• Loud music, parties, or gatherings are not permitted.

• Outside visitors are not allowed in guest rooms without prior approval.

• Valid government ID for all occupants is mandatory at check-in.

• Gates close at 11:00 PM. Late entry is allowed only with prior notice.

• All outdoor areas are under CCTV surveillance for security.

• Please turn off lights, fans, and AC when you leave the room.

• Dispose of waste responsibly and keep the property tidy.

• Any property damage or lost items will be charged to the guest.

• Any unruly, threatening, or illegal behaviour will be immediately reported to local law enforcement.
